ABOUT ME

Meet Iyetunde Adeyemi

I started my aviation career in April 2007, and over the years, I have worked across four airlines and am currently flying with my fifth. Each experience has shaped my understanding of the industry in different ways and given me insight into the realities of aviation beyond what most people see from the outside.

I became a flight attendant because I wanted more than just a job. I was looking for exposure, growth, and a global mindset. I wanted a career that would expand the way I think, introduce me to different cultures, and challenge me to grow both personally and professionally.

Aviation gave me exactly that.

Through commercial and corporate aviation experiences, international travel, demanding schedules, and years of working with people from different backgrounds, I developed skills that go far beyond cabin service. This career taught me adaptability, emotional intelligence, professionalism, communication, and how to remain calm under pressure in constantly changing situations.

Over time, I also noticed something important: many aspiring flight attendants were entering the industry with unrealistic expectations and very little reliable guidance.

Most online content focused heavily on glamour while leaving out the practical realities of the profession, what airlines truly look for, how interviews actually work, and how to build a sustainable aviation career.

That realization is what inspired me to create this platform.

I wanted to create a space where aspiring cabin crew professionals could access honest insight, practical career guidance, and real industry perspective from someone actively working in aviation.

Whether you are preparing for your first airline interview, considering a transition into aviation, or exploring opportunities in commercial or corporate flying, my goal is to help you approach this career with clarity, confidence, and realistic expectations.

Aviation transformed the way I see the world, and for the right person, it can become much more than a career. It can become a life changing experience.
